Prior to joining KBLM, Xavier had a professional experience of for more than 30 years. He worked as a Senior Manager in Oil industry, Chief Executive Officer in the Great lakes electricity company , accountant in trading Food and beverage cies , Manager in the Financial sector , Regional Distribution Manager in the Telecoms sector and Real Estate project Manager. Xavier holds a MBA, with concentration in Business Management from Sciences Po, Aix-en-Provence (France), a Master degree in Business Administration from Université Professionelle d’Afrique in Pointe-Noire (Republic of Congo).

Before joining KBLM, His royal highness Prince Geoffrey Chihasha has 15 years of experience in mining & oil and gas exploration and production while he has been the DRC country manager of Dominion Petroleum Limited ( A British company listed on the London Alternative Investment Market) , he was a director of Amtec Resource Management Limited in Africa based in Freetown/ Sierra Leone, and the Chairman and CEO of Group Minerals Management and Consultancy in the DRC.  He has a degree in political sciences and international relations from the national university of Rwanda and he is an alumni of the Royal school of mines, Imperial college London.  He is a traditional Prince of the Bashi tribe ( Southern Kivu/ DRC)

Before joining KBLM team, Monique worked for 27 years of professional experience. She worked as Commercial Executive in international companies, as Administrative Support in international NGO and as HR & Administration Specialist in Oil industry. Monique holds a Master of Business Administration from the Université de Liège in Belgium and a Master degree in law business from Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Kinshasa-DR Congo.

Joins the KBLM team with more than 26 years of professional experience. He is a seasoned Business lawyer, Specialist in Financial Taxation, International Taxation, Tax litigation, Public Finances. As former legal Adviser in the Telecommunications Ministry, Vital has wide experience in the setting up and the development of companies and business. He holds a Law degree in Business and Tax from Pantheon-Sorbonne in Paris-France and has attended numerous trainings in France and Germany.
